Art Hammer Studios, LLC is required by law to collect and remit sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all
sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

If we believe that any of the images sent to us for production as an artwork contain illegal
content or any content that infringes intellectual property rights, or content that violates
the law then we will refuse to reproduce it & in extreme cases Art Hammer Studios will inform
the respectable authorities. Art Hammer Studios cannot accept responsibility for copyright
violation on images submitted for reproduction. We ask customers to seek copyright permissions
for the work they tender. Art Hammer Studios retains the right to refuse to reproduce an image
if we understand the content submitted to be illegal.

Please note that while every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions on
this site, there are times when there may be slight color variances between the setting on your own
monitor & the true color digital printing processes utilized.

Art Hammer Studios is not responsible for incorrect orders due to improper customer instruction.
If the error is on the part of Art Hammer Studios, we will re-do the job or offer a full refund.

If you do not like your canvas for whatever reason, we'll be gladly to give you a full refund no questions
asked. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fee.

damage or for any indirect loss of data, profit, revenue or business time however caused.

Transactions between you and Art Hammer Studios, LLC shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the laws regarding
conflicts of law. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer
and Art Hammer Studios, LLC shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located
in Los Angeles County, California and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
