Flame Polished Edges

Plexies after sawing are always rough and coarse. Flame polishing refines the edges to allow clearer visability of the image through the sides.

2 inch clear borders

Choose the border option for your plexi. Your image will be centered on the plexi along with 2" clear borders on all sides. The clean cut look.

A 16x20 plexi with this option will have your image printed at 12x16.

Installation

The way this standoff system works is the barrel section is first mounted to the wall with an included fastener (wall anchor). Then holes are drilled into the panel and the panel is mounted to the barrel groups with a turn of the threaded standoff cap. French Cleats (no bolts)

Don't feel like drilling holes? Then go with the french cleats. A wood panel is installed on the back of your plexi to sit perfectly on another wood panel that is nailed to the wall. Diagram is a side view of the plexi.
